Once upon a time… two dimples accompanied by curls, a round little woman whom the wind from the seaside gently pushed on the path of the tales.
She reads beautiful things that she likes to share; she also writes short stories inspired by her encounters. Her tales are like the tide: they scream loudly and they caress tenderly, they are invigorating and they surprise, they smell good and they carry us away. They always bring us back to the Things of life… Time, love, happiness, others!

Brasserie du Pays Flamand
This place of production is steeped in history! The Blaringhem premises are those of an old distillery in operation from the 1900's until after World War II.
Visit this site of Blaringhem, discover its history, its secrets and its facilities
which made its boom possible !
The Brasserie du Pays Flamand was founded in November 2006. It all started with a common passion of 2 childhood friends: Olivier Duthoit and Mathieu Lesenne, who turned it into a real large-scale project. The brewery first settled in Blaringhem, on the border of French Flanders and Artois. This is where the Bracine, Anosteké and Wilde Leeuw were born.
